Payments: We accept Visa ,Mastercard,Discover and Paypal. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. Paypal payments should be funded immediately. Paypal orders are subject to deletion after 72 hours if payment has not been recieved.
Shipping: All orders ship by USPS $7.00 flat rate,or UPS. International orders will start at $14.00 and up. On international orders we will give you the exact dollar amount after we recieve your order. Please call If you need your order shipped UPS ground, overnight, 2nd or 3 day , (Rates are carrier-calculated, based on distance and weight). Please use a credit card instead of Paypal on these orders. Most orders will ship the same day if placed before 4pm Central time. Orders are shipped from the Chicago showroom only. All orders over $300.00 your shipping is free only in US.
International packages under four pounds may be shipped First Class International. JBC International is not responsible for the customs, duty, or brokerage fees on first class orders. If an order is refused, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping will not be refunded for most returned packages. Shipped via USPS, delivery time varies and can take up to three weeks. Delivery time is not guaranteed.
Return Policy:Returns will not be accepted when:
- We recieve them more than 5 days after receiving..
- We will not accept partial or broken strands.
- We recieve the product without a return authorization.
After 5 days if a return authorization is granted a 20% restocking fee will be charged. A copy of your invoice must be included with your return. Exceptions are made only in the unlikely event of defective merchandise.
BackOrders: Due to limited or unpredictable availability of some merchandise, we will backorder items only by customer request.
Lost Orders: All lost orders must be reported within 5 days of the ship date by calling 1-800-274-1577. After 5 days the order will not be replaced or refunded. International orders must report within 14 days.
