orders are shipped from the Chicago showroom only.
MINIMUM ORDER: A minimum purchase of $100 is required except during Open Houses when the minimum is waived. If the customer has met the $100 minimum, then the customer does not need to meet the minimum purchase as long as the customer returns within 30 days of the last visit.
DISCOUNTS: A customer will qualify for a discount based upon all purchases within a 30 day period. That is, multiple purchases will be added together during a single month to determine the amount of the discount. The customer must provide copies of the previous sales receipts in order to qualify for an increased discount. The discount applies as noted in the following schedule:
$300 - $599 |
10% Discount good for 30 days |
$600 - $1199 |
15% Discount good for 60 days |
$1200 + |
20% Discount good for 90 days |
After the discount expires, the customer may continue to receive the same level of discount if a purchase is made within 30 days of the last visit.
The discount does not apply to Bali, Vermeil, Beadalon, or white tag items nor do these items apply to the total purchases within 30 days.
PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept prepayments by check or money order and all major credit cards. Credit terms are subject to approval. Shipping and
insurance costs are added to each order and all JBC shipping is via UPS. We charge a $40 fee
for checks returned for insufficient funds.
BACKORDERS: Due to limited or unpredictable availability of some merchandise, we will backorder
items only by customer request.
RETURNS: Merchandise may be returned with prior authorization only within five days
of receipt for exchange or credit; after five days, if return authorization is granted,
returned items will be charged a 20% restocking fee. A copy of your invoice must be included with any items
returned. Exceptions are made only in the unlikely event of defective merchandise.

- All requests for return authorizations must be made within five days of
receipt of merchandise.
- JBC will not accept partial or broken strands for exchange or credit.
